Cluck & Collect Fundraising Program
These Terms & Conditions apply to all fundraising activities conducted through the Cluck & Collect program operated by Yan Yean Poultry. By registering a school, sporting club, community group or organisation in the Cluck & Collect fundraising program, you agree to the following terms.
Program Overview
Eligibility
The Cluck & Collect program is available to:
- Schools
- Sporting clubs
- Community organisations
- Charities
- Gyms and recreation groups
Participants must nominate a Fundraising Coordinator who will act as the primary contact for the campaign.
Fundraising Process
The standard fundraising process operates as follows:
- The organisation registers with Cluck & Collect.
- The fundraising campaign is promoted to supporters.
- Orders for eggs are collected prior to the closing date.
- Orders are submitted to Cluck & Collect.
- Eggs are packed and delivered to the designated collection location.
- Customers collect their eggs on the scheduled pickup day.
- The fundraising organisation receives its fundraising proceeds.
Order Management
The participating organisation is responsible for:
- Promoting the campaign
- Collecting customer orders
- Submitting final order quantities by the agreed closing date
- Coordinating order distribution or pickup
Yan Yean Poultry will:
- Supply fresh eggs for the confirmed order quantity
- Pack and prepare orders
- Arrange delivery or pickup logistics
Minimum Orders
Minimum order quantities may apply depending on:
- Location
- Delivery requirements
- Campaign size
Minimum thresholds ensure the program remains economically viable for both the farm and the fundraising organisation.
Payment Terms
Payment arrangements may vary depending on the campaign structure but typically follow one of the following models:
Prepaid Model
Customers pay the fundraising organisation before orders are submitted.
Central Payment Model
Payments are processed directly through the Cluck & Collect platform, where available. All final order quantities must be confirmed before egg packing commences.
Product Quality
All eggs supplied through Cluck & Collect are:
- Fresh farm eggs
- Carefully graded and packed
- Produced under strict quality and hygiene standards
While every effort is made to maintain consistent supply, egg sizes and shell colours may vary as part of natural farm production.
Delivery and Pickup
Egg collection points must be:
- Replacement product where possible, or
- Refund for the affected items
Claims must be made within 24 hours of collection.
Food Safety Responsibilities
Participating organisations must follow basic food handling practices including:
- Keeping eggs in a cool environment
- Avoiding exposure to excessive heat
- Distributing eggs promptly to customers

Marketing Materials
Cluck & Collect may provide promotional materials including:
- Posters
- Social media graphics
- Fundraising guides
- Ordering templates
These materials remain the intellectual property of Yan Yean Poultry and may only be used for Cluck & Collect fundraising campaigns.
Program Changes
Yan Yean Poultry reserves the right to modify the Cluck & Collect program including:
- Product pricing
- Delivery structures
- Fundraising margins
- Program features
Any changes will be communicated to participating organisations.
